Hello. We have had the following query about Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) in non-parished neighbourhood areas, submitted by Martha Covell at ECA Planning. Can you share your experiences?:
What is your Forums experience of the distribution of CIL Funds?
What does ‘influence’ mean in the context of guidance and legislation?
– have you had to go through an application process?
– Do you sit on a district wide CIL/ S.106 board
– Does your Parish or Town Council get given the funding annually or is there an application process. Can they spend it on anything! relating to infrastructure?
– have you a list of potential projects in your NP? Do they have to be titled Infrastructure Projects’ ?
